How to Change Your Eating Habits

Even the best habits need a little tweak. Let's find ways to slowly adjust for best health!



What are your habits? What do you do every day?


“What is I told you to take morning coffee out of your routine? Would you freak out?”

OK - maybe you are an avid coffee drinker -- maybe not. But think about that go-to thing that warms your heart when you eat it.


Healthy Habits


So if you have something that you do everyday or many days of the week... that might just be a super small thing each day, but when you adjust that habit to 300+ days a year that is an enormous impact! For instance, let's say you take your coffee more like hot chocolate (my old M.O.), that is possibly going to run you about 500 - 750 calories. But, what if we gave your coffee a boost? Here's where I come in. Small changes that ADD UP! We could use an organic, but no calorie sweetener, maybe throw in a little protein powder and change up your creamer. Now, instead of up to 750 calories, maybe we are around 100 plus we got a hit of protein to kick off your day and boost your metabolism! Hmmmm - so where can we make lil eating habit changes for you?
